Join us for an informative and motivational talk about our role as union members in these precarious times. How can we respond to the immediate threats to democracy and our communities, and support our long-term agenda for excellent education, public services, civil and workplace rights, tax fairness, and economic security?

Discussion: What have you been doing related to these struggles? What CAN YOU DO in the future? 

 

Campaign for Adequate and Equitable Funding  –  Call to Action!  

Mike Abrahamson, Director of Policy and Research at the Partnership for College Completion, will provide an overview of the legislative proposal that would improve funding for public higher education (SB 13/HB 1581). 

We will discuss ways to make your voice heard by the IL Assembly and Governor Pritzker.
