UPI Retirees may make ongoing contributions to COPE:  Committee on Political Education.

 

Click here to access, complete, and submit the electronic COPE form. UPI will then send your form to SURS to begin monthly deductions.

If you can't do SURS deduction, Click here to download and print the  COPE form.  Complete the form, enclose a check to UPI COPE, and send to the Local 4100 Office at:
