Trump administration reverses abrupt terminations of foreign students’ US visa registrations

Court rules visa cancelations "flagrantly illegal.". It was not immediately clear whether the State Department is reversing a wave of outright cancellation of the visas of many of the same students. A federal official told a judge last week that the agency was performing “quality control” on those decisions.
